High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a great way to get your burn on and see results fast. A workout strategy alternating short periods of intense exercises provides improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism.

How it works: Do each exercise for the prescribed time period and push yourself to get out as many reps and miles as possible. Keep your rest times to a minimum between each exercise. After completing one set, give yourself 2-3 minutes to hydrate and catch your breath, and then push yourself on the next set. The key is keeping your intensity high for each exercise!
