- 2 scoops MyProtein Impact Whey Isolate Natural Chocolate or other chocolate flavoured whey protein
- 1.5 tbsp P28 High Protein Peanut Butter or other peanut butter
- 1 cup cold skimmed milk or unsweetened soy milk
- 1 frozen banana
