Delivery Options - Singapore Orders

Collection Centre Opening Hours: Our collection centre is open from Monday to Saturday 9AM to 6PM. Please note we are not open on Sundays or public holidays.
Payment Options: We accept Cash and NETS at our collection centre. Please note we do not accept credit cards at our collection centre.
Important Notes: Orders must be picked up within 5 working days from when the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders for SG Pick Up to be paid Cash On Delivery that are not picked up within 5 working days.
Time Slots: SG Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, we do not deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays. For Monday to Friday delivery, the following time slots are available: 9am - 12pm / 12pm - 3pm / 3pm - 6pm / 6pm - 10pm. For Saturday delivery, the following time slots are available: 9am - 12pm / 12pm - 3pm / 3pm - 6pm.
Our deliveries are fulfilled by a third-party service who are unable to fulfil requests to deliver at a specific timing or provide a shorter duration time slot within your chosen delivery time slot. If you are unable to be available during the entire period of your time slot selected, please consider an alternative delivery date where you will be available during your entire selected time slot.
The earliest available delivery day for orders placed before 5pm is the next day (Eg. earliest available delivery day for order placed on Tuesday 4.59pm is Wednesday). Orders placed from 5pm onwards will be processed the following day and the earliest available delivery day will be the day after processing (Eg. earliest available delivery day for order placed on Tuesday 5.01pm is Thursday).
Before you submit your order, you will be prompted to select your preferred delivery date and time slot at the cart page. Simply click on your preferred delivery date and time slot and proceed to checkout. Please note, selecting a preferred delivery date and time is not a guarantee of delivery during that period, rather it is an indication of your preferred slot and we will try our best to meet it.
Payment: For payment via Cash On Delivery, please prepare the exact amount as our third-party delivery drivers do not carry change, and ensure someone is available to receive your order during the time slot you have chosen. For payment via Credit Card, please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order during the time slot you have chosen.
Important Notes: Please be advised that delivery personnel only have 5 minutes waiting time. There will be an additional $12 charge for those who exceed the time allotted and reschedule delivery.
Updates & Amendments: We are unable to cancel or amend an order once it is submitted. If you have entered the wrong delivery address or details, please contact us immediately at +65 6742-9028 or sales@LiveFit.asia to update your information. Please note once your order is despatched, we are unable to make amendments of any sort.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that list an invalid address for delivery. Invalid addresses include incomplete postal address, freight centres, ports, terminal, camps, and such other places as may be determined in LiveFit Asia’s absolute discretion without any notice to you.
LiveFit Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to change existing delivery rates and Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Delivery Options - International Orders
All international orders are sent via Singapore Post's International Economy service. Please note we only deliver to the following countries: Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand.
Charges: Charges are calculated by weight (including packaging weight) and will be factored into your total bill. Please use the shipping rates calculator in the Cart to calculate your order delivery charges. LiveFit Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the shipping rates without prior notice.
Timeline: Once processed, packaged and dropped for shipping, the time in transit is estimated to be 3-7 working days for international economy (Depending on area). This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Should there be any further delay in this process, due to back orders on products or acts of nature beyond our control, we will process the order and send it to our warehouse for packing, once item is shipped, tracking number/s will be provided. You may track your packages at www.speedpost.com.sg.
Payment: Only Credit Card via Paypal payment is accepted for international orders.
Important Notes: If you are residing in any country other than Singapore, please check with your local customs for your country’s import regulations before making the purchase. Our responsibility ends when we ship your order out of Singapore. We are not responsible for (i) any custom duties and/or processing fees (ii) the confiscation of the product/s and/or (iii) any fines or penalties which may be imposed upon you by your local customs for violating import regulation (iv) correction of shipping address due to user error. You agree to indemnify us for any fine/s and/or penalties which may be imposed upon us for the infringement of any such laws as a result of your purchase.
